How to turn on child lock?

Shiny buttons can be a little too tempting for tiny hands, so you may want to turn on child lock to prevent any mishaps:

1. Simultaneously hold down the Start/Pause and Home button on the base station for 3 seconds. This will set the child lock.

2. To turn child lock off again, simply repeat the step.

Can other cleaning solutions be used?

Can other cleaning solutions be used?

It is recommended to use NOESIS special cleaning solution. If you use other brands of cleaning solution, it may cause corrosion to the internal water pipes.

Will the robot's camera expose personal privacy?

Will the robot’s camera expose personal privacy?

NOESIS F10 Pro’s camera is only used for obstacle avoidance. It does not collect personal privacy data, so you don’t have to worry.

Why can't my robot clean to the corner/side?

Why can’t my robot clean to the corner/side?

The following factors may affect the robot cleaning to the corner/side:

1. Highly reflective objects: floor mirrors, high-gloss stainless steel ovens, etc.

2. Highly transparent objects: transparent vases, glass doors, etc.

3. Staggered upper and lower floors or uneven objects: uneven baseboards, sunken cabinet bottoms, chair legs, etc.

4. Dark objects/walls: black baseboards, black floor cabinets, etc.

Suggested measures to be taken: Set up no-go areas or paste light-colored stickers.

How to start spot cleaning?

There are two methods to start spot cleaning:

1. Long press the “start button” on the robot for 2 seconds to start the spot cleaning mode immediately.

2. Tap “Spot Cleaning” in the app.

Why doesn't my robot clean dog fur?

Why doesn’t my robot clean dog fur?

In default setting, when the robot encounters a clump of hair with a certain height, it will avoid it as an obstacle. If you need to clean pet hair, you can turn on the “pet mode” in the app, and the robot will try to clean pet hair no higher than 2cm.

Please note: In “pet mode” the obstacle avoidance effect for obstacles of similar height may be affected a bit.

1. Large areas of stains may not be cleaned: such as large areas of sauce stains, etc. Suggested measures: Manually clean.

2. Large objects may not be suctioned: such as peanut shells, large pieces of paper, etc. Suggested measures: Clean before use.

3. Higher objects may be recognized as obstacles: such as carpets over 20mm, clumps of hair, etc. Suggested measures: Manually clean.

4. Stubborn stains may not be cleaned: such as dry coffee stains, wine stains, etc. Suggested measures: Manually clean or repeatedly clean.

5. Sticky garbage may not be cleaned effectively: such as rice, etc. Suggested measures: Manually clean or repeatedly clean.

Why can't my robot go somewhere?

Why can’t my robot go somewhere?

1. Low spaces cannot be entered: for example, the bottom of the sofa below 4.7inch. Suggested measures: abandon cleaning or set up no-go areas or elevate the furniture.

2. Narrow spaces cannot be entered: for example, the distance between the legs of a chair or between a wall and an object may not be accessible if the distance is less than 16.5inch. Suggested measures: remove the item or set up a no-go area or abandon cleaning.

Why does the robot miss an area (or areas) when cleaning?

Why does the robot miss an area (or areas) when cleaning?

Under normal circumstances, the robot will complete the cleaning of the whole house. If it misses cleaning in a certain area, it may be because:

1. The height of the threshold or steps in this area is more than 20mm, and the robot cannot pass through.

2. The door of this area is closed, and the robot cannot enter.

3. Original obstructions in this area are removed during the cleaning process.

4. You can move the robot to the area to continue cleaning.

Please check and confirm the following items:

1. Please confirm whether there is a fault code (can be viewed in the app), and deal with it according to the prompts.

2. Please confirm whether the driving wheel is wrapped with debris, and clean it manually.

3. The following special ground may cause the robot to stop moving: water or oil on the ground, transparent glass ground, dark ground. It is recommended to manually clean water or oil stains or set these special grounds as no-go area.

4. Strong light interference may cause the robot to be unable to move. Suggested measures include: setting up no-go area, closing curtains, changing time for cleaning, etc.

Why did my robot crash into an obstacle?

Why did my robot crash into an obstacle?

The robot may not be able to avoid the following type of objects:

1. Highly reflective objects: floor mirrors, high-gloss stainless steel ovens, etc.

2. Highly transparent objects: glass doors, transparent vases, etc.

3. Thin objects: chair legs with a diameter of less than 2cm, steel wire braided frames, data cables spread out, etc.

4. Smaller objects: building blocks with a height less than 10mm, small pet feces, etc.

5. Dark objects: black sofas, threshold strips, etc.

NOTE: According to the actual situation, you can take measures such as removing obstacles, pasting light-colored stickers, and setting restricted areas to avoid collisions.

What to do if the robot cannot pass through u-shaped chair legs?

The robot may not be able to cross metal round rods with a diameter of more than 16mm. It is recommended to set this area as a no-go area in the app.

What should I do if the robot cannot pass a threshold?

What should I do if the robot cannot pass a threshold?

For the thresholds and steps that cannot be passed at home, it is recommended that you purchase a NOESIS threshold ramp to assist the robot to climb.

Why can't my robot go up the stairs?

Florio can pass a threshold/step under the height of 20mm (based on internal testing carried out in NOESIS LAB.)

If you have a threshold/step higher than 20mm in your home, it is recommended to purchase a NOESIS threshold ramp.

The robot cannot walk on shag carpets higher than 20mm.

It is recommended that you set this carpet area as a no-go area in the app.

What to do if the robot cannot return to the base station?

What to do if the robot cannot return to the base station?

The reasons why the robot cannot return to the base station and the corresponding measures are as follows:

1. There are too many obstacles near the base station. Please remove obstacles and make sure there is an open space near the base station.

2. The location of the robot or the base station is lost due to moving, and the robot is outside the signal coverage of the base station. Please manually put the robot back to the base station.

You can turn up the change-pad area size in the app.

You can long press the “home button” of the robot or tap “Change mop pad” in the app to change the mop pad at any time.

What should I do if the mop replacement fails?

Please check the following items:

1. Whether the used mop pad box is full.

2. Whether there are mop pads in the new mop pad box.

3. Whether the mop box and lifting mechanism of the base station are stuck by mop pads or foreign objects.

4. Whether the new mop pads are installed upside down.

Why does the robot automatically shut down?

The remaining battery of the robot may be insufficient.

It is recommended to put the robot back into the base station for charging.
